How we deliver

Our own numbers, including the one that went up.

In spring 2026 we rebuilt our delivery workflow around multi-agent orchestration, then tracked 12 features over one week: API changes, UI updates and AI pipeline work.

Prompt iterations per feature

Fewer loops to reconcile mismatches across layers.

Beforeabout 6
Afterabout 3

Time for a mid-sized feature

Features touching two or three parts of the system.

Before2 to 3 hours
After1.5 to 2 hours

Token usage per complex task

The cost that went up. Running agents in parallel uses more tokens.

Before1×
After1.5 to 2×

One team, one stack and a limited sample, published in May 2026. These aren't universal numbers. We publish the trade-off because it's the part that usually goes unmentioned.
